Product Description

​The Omron E3S-R2E4 is a retroreflective photoelectric sensor with a built-in amplifier, designed for precise object detection in industrial applications. It offers a sensing distance of up to 2 meters, utilizing an infrared LED light source with a wavelength of 950 nm. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 12 to 24 VDC and consumes a maximum current of 40 mA. It features an NPN output configuration with selectable Light-ON/Dark-ON modes, supporting a load current up to 80 mA with a residual voltage of 2 V max. The response time is swift, with both operate and reset times up to 1 ms. Designed for durability, the E3S-R2E4 has an IP67 ingress protection rating, making it resistant to dust and water ingress, and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 55°C. Please note that this model is no longer manufactured and is considered obsolete. ​
