The Keyence EX-205 is an inductive gauging sensor amplifier designed for precise displacement measurement in industrial automation applications. With a cylindrical form factor (ø14.5 mm), it offers a 0 to 5 mm measuring range and provides both voltage (0 to 5 V) and current (4 to 20 mA) analog outputs. The sensor boasts a resolution of 0.04% of full scale and a response frequency of 13 kHz (high) or 1.3 kHz (low), ensuring accurate and rapid measurements. It features an NPN open-collector disconnection alarm output and operates within an ambient temperature range of 0 to +50°C.
