The Keyence FS2-65 is a compact, high-speed fiber amplifier designed for precise detection in industrial automation systems. It features a red LED light source and offers an 8-turn trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, allowing for fine-tuned detection capabilities. The amplifier operates with a response time of 50 µs and supports both LIGHT-ON and DARK-ON operation modes, selectable via a switch. It includes a timer function with ON-delay and OFF-delay settings of 40 ms each, and a buzzer mode that can be configured to activate during control output, alarm output, or to remain off. The FS2-65 provides NPN open-collector outputs for control and stability, with a maximum output current of 100 mA and 50 mA respectively, and a residual voltage of 1 V max.
