The Keyence LR-TB5000C is a self-contained Time-of-Flight (TOF) laser displacement sensor designed for precise, long-range measurements in industrial automation applications. It offers a detection range from 60 mm to 5,000 mm, with a variable spot diameter of up to 40 mm, utilizing a red laser (660 nm) light source. The sensor supports both NPN and PNP open collector control outputs, with selectable Light-ON or Dark-ON modes, and features analog output options including 4–20 mA and 0–10 V. It operates on a 20–30 VDC power supply and is protected against reverse power connection, power supply surges, and output overcurrent. With an IP65/IP67 enclosure rating, it is suitable for use in environments with ambient light levels up to 100,000 lux and temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C.
