The Keyence TF4-10V is a versatile temperature and process controller designed for industrial applications requiring precise thermal management. This controller supports a wide range of input types, including various thermocouples (K, J, R, T, N, S, B) and resistance temperature detectors (Pt100, JPt100), allowing for flexible integration into diverse systems. It offers PID and ON/OFF control modes with a control cycle adjustable from 1 to 120 seconds and a sampling cycle of 0.5 seconds, ensuring rapid response to temperature fluctuations. The TF4-10V features a 12V DC voltage output (max 20mA) for control output, and a relay output (250VAC, 2.4A resistive load) for alarm signaling.
