​​The Omron E3S-2LE4 is a through-beam optical sensor designed for precise object detection in industrial applications. It consists of a separate emitter and receiver, enabling a sensing distance of up to 2 meters. The sensor offers a selectable output configuration, allowing users to choose between Light-ON and Dark-ON modes to suit specific detection requirements. It operates with a supply voltage of 12 to 24 VDC and has a response time of 3 milliseconds, ensuring quick detection. The E3S-2LE4 is rated with an ingress protection of IP65, making it suitable for various industrial environments. Please note that this model has been discontinued; however, alternatives such as the E3S-AT11 and E3Z-T61 are available.
