The low-internal-volume design provides 0.06 in3 (1.07 cm3) of wetted volume, and leakage performance is tight: inboard 2×10^-10 sccs He, outboard 2×10^-9 sccs He, and seat leakage 4×10^-8 sccs He, all measured at 250 psig inlet. Operating temperature range is -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 71°C). Standard surface finish is 15 µin Ra, with optional finishes of 10, 7, or 5 µin Ra.
