It belongs to the Morin S Series and supports pneumatic double-acting or spring-return operation with a Scotch Yoke design and a 90° rotation that is adjustable from 82° to 98°. The unit operates on 40 to 160 psig (3 to 11 bar) of compressed air or a compatible gas and follows ISO 5211 mounting. Its housing is 316 stainless steel, with a 17-4PH stainless steel output shaft, and it uses PTFE composite and 440C roller bearings. A universal visual position indicator provides easy status checking, and the NAMUR drive slot facilitates control interfacing. The actuator is SIL3 capable and offers IP66 protection with IP68 optional, making it suitable for harsh environments, and it supports standard temperature range from -20°F to 210°F, with an optional extension to -65°F to 300°F. Typical applications span automated ball, butterfly, plug, and damper valves across chemical processing plants, food and beverage facilities, oil and gas installations, power generation stations, pulp and paper mills, and water treatment systems. Common replacements include BIFFI Morin S-037 Pneumatic Actuator, Emerson Bettis CBA300 Pneumatic Actuator, and Rotork GP Series Pneumatic Quarter-Turn Actuators.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e","brand":null,"offers":[{"title":"New","offer_id":51728127263022,"sku":null,"price":0.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0940\/0818\/1038\/files\/Ebay_website_image_82732603-9c4e-4e0d-a58b-c9d288303f84.jpg?v=1770585308","url":"https:\/\/plgautomation.com\/products\/morin-tyco-valves-and-controls-037u-k-s100-pneumatic-actuator","provider":"PLG Automation ","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
