Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item to PLG Automation for warranty service. PLG Automation will cover the return shipping costs after the completion of service under this warranty. A refund will be sent to the customer with a 10% restocking fee charged for returns that are not deemed defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival)
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
