The Keyence FD-H22F is a hose-type clamp-on flow sensor designed for non-invasive flow measurement in flexible piping systems. It supports pipe diameters ranging from 13 to 22.9 mm and is compatible with various hose materials, including soft plastic, braided, and pressure-resistant rubber hoses. Utilizing the Delta TOF (Time-of-Flight) detection principle, it accurately measures flow rates of all fluids, such as water, oil, and chemicals, within a temperature range of 0 to 100°C. The sensor features a color LCD display with a 10 Hz update rate, offering real-time monitoring of instantaneous and integrated flow. It supports IO-Link communication for seamless integration into industrial automation systems and includes pulse and analog outputs for versatile connectivity. With an IP65/67 enclosure rating, it ensures reliable operation in harsh environments.
