At PLG Automation, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Our commitment to excellence is backed by a 1-year warranty, which covers all parts and repairs from the date of shipment.

Warranty Coverage

All products sold by PLG Automation come with a 1-year warranty from the shipment date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. During this period, PLG Automation will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Improper maintenance or misapplication
• Unauthorized modification
• External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control

Making a Warranty Claim

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Please be ready to provide:

• Your name, contact information, and invoice number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Evidence of the defect (photos, videos, detailed explanations)
• Proof of purchase

Shipping for Warranty Service/ Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item to PLG Automation for warranty service. PLG Automation will cover the return shipping costs after the completion of service under this warranty.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Limitations of Damages

PLG Automation is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of our products. The warranty provided is the sole and exclusive warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
