The Keyence IB-10 is a high-precision laser thrubeam sensor designed for accurate displacement and position measurements in industrial automation applications. Utilizing a visible 660 nm semiconductor laser, it offers a measurement range of 10 mm with a sampling cycle of 12,500 times per second (80 µs). The sensor boasts a minimum detectable object size of 0.1 mm and a repeatability of 5 µm, ensuring precise measurements. Its temperature characteristics are ±0.1% of full scale per °C, with a maximum deviation of ±10 µm. The IB-10 is housed in a galvanized die-cast case with a glass lens cover, providing durability and resistance to environmental factors. With an operating temperature range of 0 to +50°C and a relative humidity tolerance of 35 to 85% (non-condensing), it is suitable for various industrial environments.
