The Keyence IL-100 is a high-precision CMOS laser displacement sensor head designed for accurate measurement of object displacement, thickness, and position in industrial applications. It features a red semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 655 nm, providing a measurement range from 75 mm to 130 mm with a reference distance of 100 mm. The sensor offers high linearity of ±0.15% of full scale within the 80–120 mm range, ensuring reliable measurements over a wide range. With a repeatability of 4 µm and a sampling rate adjustable between 0.33 ms and 5 ms, it delivers precise and rapid measurements. The IL-100 is housed in a compact, IP67-rated enclosure, making it suitable for deployment in harsh industrial environments.
