The Keyence IL-1500 is a high-precision CMOS laser displacement sensor amplifier unit designed for panel mounting in industrial automation systems. Compatible with various Keyence laser displacement sensor heads, it offers versatile measurement capabilities. The IL-1500 provides multiple analog output options, including ±5 V, 1–5 V, 0–5 V, and 4–20 mA, with a 100 Ω output impedance for voltage outputs and a maximum load resistance of 350 Ω for current outputs. It also features open collector outputs for judgment and alarm signals, supporting both NPN and PNP configurations. The amplifier operates on a 10 to 30 VDC power supply and consumes a maximum of 2500 mW (84 mA at 30 V). Designed for durability, the IL-1500 is housed in a polycarbonate case with a polyacetel front sheet and PVC cable, ensuring resistance to environmental factors.
