The Keyence KL-32CT is a 32-point transistor output module designed for the KV-5000, KV-3000, and KV-7000 series PLCs. It offers NPN open collector outputs with photocoupler isolation, ensuring reliable and noise-resistant operation in industrial environments. Each output can handle up to 0.5 A at 24 VDC, with a maximum load voltage of 30 VDC. The module operates with a supply voltage range of 10.8 to 26.4 VDC and consumes approximately 140 mA of current. It features fast response times with an ON delay of 25 µs and an OFF delay of 200 µs, making it suitable for high-speed control applications.
