The Keyence KL-N10V is a compact KL Link Adapter designed to expand the I/O capabilities of Keyence's Visual KV series PLCs. It facilitates communication between the base unit and additional expansion units, allowing for a modular and scalable automation system. The adapter supports multiple communication speeds—5 Mbps, 2.5 Mbps, 625 kbps, and 156 kbps—and employs f/f² encoding for data transmission. It utilizes a T-branch, multi-drop connection method and requires the dedicated KPEV-SB shielded twisted-pair cable for communication. The KL-N10V is equipped with a built-in display indicating power, transmitting, and receiving statuses, aiding in real-time monitoring and diagnostics.
