​The KEYENCE LV-22AP is a PNP-type digital laser sensor amplifier designed as an expansion unit for the LV series. It features two PNP open-collector control outputs, each capable of handling up to 100 mA, with a maximum residual voltage of 1.0 V. The amplifier offers response speeds of 80 µs in FINE mode, 500 µs in TURBO mode, and 4 ms in SUPER mode. It supports up to seven additional expansion units, allowing for a total of eight units (including the main unit) in a single setup. The LV-22AP operates on a 12 to 24 VDC power supply, with a maximum power consumption of 1.5 W. Its robust design includes protection circuits for reverse polarity, overcurrent, and surge absorption. With an ambient temperature range of -10°C to +55°C and a relative humidity tolerance of 35% to 85% (non-condensing), the LV-22AP is suitable for various industrial applications requiring precise and reliable laser sensing.
