The Keyence LV-51MP is a digital laser amplifier unit designed for precise distance measurement in industrial automation applications. It features a PNP open-collector output with two channels, each capable of handling up to 100 mA at a maximum voltage of 30 VDC. The amplifier offers three response speeds—FINE (80 µs), TURBO (500 µs), and SUPER (4 ms)—to accommodate various detection needs. It also provides a 1 to 4 V monitor output with a load resistance of 20 kΩ minimum, allowing for real-time monitoring of measurements. The unit supports up to seven expansion units, mounted on a metal DIN rail, enabling scalable configurations for complex systems. With a power supply range of 12 to 24 VDC and a maximum power consumption of 1.5 W, the LV-51MP is designed to operate efficiently in industrial environments.
