The Keyence LZ-155 is a compact, high-precision laser sensor head designed for spot reflective detection applications. It utilizes a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 670 nm and a maximum output of 1.4 mW, classifying it as a Class 2 laser device. The sensor head is capable of detecting both transparent and opaque objects within a detection range of 40 to 60 mm, with a minimum detectable object size of 0.01 mm in diameter. Its small spot diameter of 0.05 mm allows for precise measurements, making it suitable for applications requiring fine detection capabilities. The LZ-155 features a 7-turn trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, a response time of 1 ms, and offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operation modes.
