Product Description

The Keyence PG-602 is a compact sensor head designed for precise optical passage confirmation in automated systems. It features a 21 x 21 mm detection area and can detect objects as small as 0.5 mm in diameter. Utilizing an infrared LED light source, the PG-602 offers a response time of 0.2 ms and provides both control and self-diagnostic outputs with NPN configurations. The sensor head is equipped with a 1-turn sensitivity adjustment trimmer and indicator lamps for output and stable operation. Housed in a durable polycarbonate casing, it is designed to withstand environmental conditions with an operating temperature range of -10 to +60°C and resistance to ambient light up to 10,000 lux from fluorescent lamps and 1,500 lux from sunlight. The PG-602 is powered by a 12 to 24 VDC supply and consumes a maximum of 40 mA.​
