The Keyence PS2-61P is a compact, high-performance amplifier unit designed for use with separate photoelectric sensor heads in industrial automation applications. Operating on a 12–24 VDC power supply, it features a PNP output with a maximum control current of 100 mA and a stability output of 50 mA, both with a residual voltage of 1 V or less. The amplifier offers a rapid response time of 0.5 ms (1 ms in alternate frequency mode) and provides selectable operation modes (LIGHT-ON/DARK-ON) via a switch. Additionally, it includes a 3-turn sensitivity adjustment trimmer, multiple timer functions (ON-delay, OFF-delay, One-shot, Timer-OFF), and a buzzer that can be activated based on control or alarm outputs. Housed in a durable enclosure, the PS2-61P is suitable for environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C and relative humidity between 35% and 85% (non-condensing).
