Product Description

The Keyence PZ-M53 is a square-type, built-in amplifier photoelectric sensor designed for precise detection in industrial automation systems. Utilizing a red LED light source, it offers a detection range from 10 to 900 mm using a 300 x 300 mm white matte paper target. The sensor features a 1-turn sensitivity adjustment trimmer (230°) and supports LIGHT-ON/DARK-ON operation modes. With an NPN output capable of sinking up to 100 mA and a residual voltage of 1 V or less, it ensures reliable performance. Housed in a glass-fiber reinforced plastic casing with an IP67 enclosure rating, the PZ-M53 is built to withstand harsh industrial environments. It operates within a temperature range of -20 to +55°C and consumes a maximum of 38 mA of current. Please note that this model has been discontinued, and the recommended replacement is the PZ-G53.
