The Keyence SJ-M300 is a high-performance micro static eliminator amplifier designed to effectively neutralize static electricity in precision manufacturing environments. Utilizing a pulse AC method, it applies an output voltage of ±6 kV to achieve a balanced ion output with a ±30 V ion balance, ensuring minimal static interference. The amplifier features an I.C.C. (Ion Control Circuit) method for ion balance control and supports air purge pressures up to 0.2 MPa. It includes control inputs for static elimination stop and control outputs for alarm signals, with NPN open collector outputs rated at 100 mA (40 V or less). Operating on a 24 VDC ±10% power supply, it consumes 450 mA or less and is housed in a compact design weighing approximately 300 g. The SJ-M300 is suitable for environments with ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to +40 °C and relative humidity between 35% and 65% (no condensation).​
