The Keyence SK-030 is a high-precision electrostatic sensor head designed for measuring static electricity levels in industrial environments. Utilizing the V.S.S. (Voltage Sensing System) method, it offers two measurement modes: High-precision mode (0 to ±5 kV) with an accuracy of ±10 V, and Wide-range mode (0 to ±30 kV) with an accuracy of ±3% of full scale. The sensor provides analog voltage outputs of ±5 V (High-precision mode) and ±3 V (Wide-range mode), with a sampling time of 0.1 seconds. It features control inputs for program selection, timing, and hold-reset functions, and control outputs for tolerance judgment (HI/GO/LO) and alarm signals. The SK-030 operates on a 24 VDC ±10% power supply, consuming 600 mA or less. Housed in a special polycarbonate enclosure, it weighs approximately 330 g, including a 3-meter cable.
