The CM100DY-12H is a high-power Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module manufactured by Powerex Inc. Designed for efficient switching applications, it features a half-bridge configuration with two IGBTs, each equipped with a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. This design simplifies system assembly and enhances thermal management by isolating components from the heat-sinking baseplate.
