Product Description

​The Mitsubishi CM100TU-12H is a high-power insulated IGBT module designed for industrial applications requiring efficient switching performance. It features six IGBT transistors arranged in a three-phase bridge configuration, each paired with a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. This module offers a collector-emitter voltage rating of 600V and a maximum collector current of 100A, delivering a maximum power dissipation of 400W. Its compact design facilitates easy integration into various systems, making it suitable for applications such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), CNC machines, AC drive controls, servo systems, and welders.
