The Mitsubishi CM400DU-24F is a high-performance IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module designed for demanding power switching applications. This module features a dual half-bridge configuration, each comprising two IGBT transistors and a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheeling diode, all mounted on an isolated baseplate for efficient thermal management.
