The Mitsubishi CM600HU-12H is a high-performance IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module designed for demanding power switching applications. This module integrates a single IGBT transistor with a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheeling diode, all components isolated from the heat sinking baseplate for simplified system assembly and thermal management. It is particularly suitable for use in AC motor control, motion/servo control, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), welding power supplies, and laser power supplies.
