​The Omron CS1W-ETN21 is an Ethernet communication unit designed for integration with Omron's CS-series programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This module facilitates high-speed data exchange between PLCs and other networked devices, supporting both 100BASE-TX and 10BASE-T Ethernet standards. It offers functionalities such as FINS (Factory Interface Network Service) communications over TCP/IP and UDP/IP, FTP server capabilities for file transfers, and email services for sending commands or alerts. The CS1W-ETN21 also supports SNTP (Simple Network Time Protocol) for automatic clock synchronization across connected PLCs. Please note that this model has been discontinued and is no longer in production.​
