Product Description

​The Omron E2E-X5E1 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for non-contact detection of metallic objects. It offers a sensing distance of 5 mm and operates within a supply voltage range of 10 to 40 VDC. The sensor features a shielded, cylindrical M18 threaded body made of nickel-plated brass, ensuring durability and ease of installation. It provides an NPN-NO (Normally Open), 3-wire output configuration and has a response frequency of 600 Hz. Additionally, the E2E-X5E1 is equipped with LED indicators for power and output status and has an IP67 rating, making it suitable for environments where protection against dust and water ingress is essential. Please note that this model has been discontinued; however, alternatives such as the E2E-X5C118 2M are available.
