Product Description

​The Omron E3G-R17-G is a retroreflective optical sensor designed for long-distance detection in industrial automation applications. It utilizes a red (650 nm) light source and offers a sensing distance of up to 10 meters, providing reliable performance for various detection tasks. The sensor features selectable NPN/PNP outputs with Dark-ON/Light-ON operation modes, adjustable via a single-turn potentiometer. It operates within a supply voltage range of 10V to 30V DC and has a fast response time of 1 millisecond. The E3G-R17-G is housed in a compact module with an IP67 rating (with protective cover), ensuring durability in demanding environments. Please note that this model has been discontinued and is no longer manufactured.
