​The Omron E3XR-CE4 is a compact fiber optic amplifier/photoelectric sensor designed for precise object detection in industrial applications. It features a red LED light source with a sensing distance of up to 50 mm, making it suitable for detecting small or closely spaced objects. Operating within a supply voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, the sensor has a maximum current consumption of 40 mA. It offers both NPN transistor and PNP open collector outputs, each capable of handling a load current up to 80 mA with a maximum residual voltage of 1 V. The device is designed to function effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 55°C, ensuring reliable performance in various industrial environments.
