​The Phoenix Contact 2708999 is a D-SUB bus connector designed for CAN, CANopen, and SafetyBUS p communication systems, supporting transmission speeds up to 1 Mbps. This connector features a 9-position female receptacle with screw connection terminal blocks, facilitating secure and reliable connections in industrial applications. It offers flexibility with two 35° cable entries, accommodating bus cables with an external diameter between 7.6 mm and 8.4 mm. A slide switch allows for the activation of a termination resistor, enhancing signal integrity. Constructed from metal-plated acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), the connector ensures durability and effective shielding.
