Semikron SKIIP22NAB12IT45 Intelligent Power Module

The Semikron SKIIP22NAB12IT45 intelligent power module is a 3-phase inverter bridge built on Trench Field Stop IGBT technology, rated for 1200 V and 22 A with integrated gate driver and protection circuits for overcurrent, overtemperature, and undervoltage. It supports switching frequencies up to about 20 kHz and features a thermal resistance of approximately 0.5°C/W, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Mounted on a heatsink in the SKiiP insulated package and RoHS compliant, this IPM is commonly used in industrial inverter and motor-drive systems, including frequency converters, servo drives, UPS systems, and renewable energy inverters where reliable high-voltage, high-current power switching is required.
