This product arrived to me in excellent condition. PLG Automation was super easy to work with. They were very responsive with the questions I had and quickly resolved my issue. They immediately responded to me. My item did not arrive on time but it was not due to them, UPS delivered to the incorrect address. Thank you PLG.

I ordered two Rockwell PLC line cards thinking both are factory sealed as advertised. Though 5069-IB16 did come sealed, today I received 5069-OB16 and it did not, therefore it cannot be proven the product is new and Rockwell will not warrant it. I have pictures of product as it was received.

Seems to be working great but it’s early in my experience. I hope it continues to work well as it seems to work pretty well and is user friendly for the most part.
