3M 5651-40132-CWE Cold Shrink Silicone Termination Kit (QT-II) is a one-piece outdoor termination for jacketed concentric neutral (JCN) power cables. It employs a high-dielectric-constant (High-K) stress-control tube insulated with a molded silicone skirted insulator to provide reliable electrical isolation and weather sealing in outdoor environments. Rated for 15–25/28 kV and suitable for cable insulation diameters of 0.637–1.12 in (16–28 mm), the kit is intended for JCN cable terminations in outdoor installations such as substations and distribution networks. Typical contents include one Hi-K silicone rubber termination, two strips of Scotch Silicone Rubber Tape 70, one packet of 3M Silicone Grease, and an Instruction Sheet.
