The 3M CFS9720 Replacement Cartridge is a retrofit filter cartridge for 3M’s 9000 Series water filtration system, designed to replace the CFS9720 cartridge in compatible CFS9720 filter systems used in commercial foodservice settings. It features a 5-micron nominal rating and is designed to reduce sediment and chlorine taste and odor in filtered water. Available in standard-length and extended-length formats, the standard-length CFS9720 delivers 1.5 gpm with a capacity of 4,800 gallons, while the extended-length version (CFS9720EL-S) provides 1.67 gpm and 5,500 gallons of capacity, enabling longer service intervals between cartridge changes. This cartridge is part of 3M’s foodservice filtration lineup and serves as the replacement for the CFS9720 cartridge in compatible systems, helping maintain water quality and filtration performance in commercial applications.
