The 4B Components ADB20V3C/D3 Adjustable Bearing Sensor is an NTC thermistor–based bearing temperature sensor with a 3-inch probe that threads into a bearing housing via a 1/8" NPT fixing thread and offers adjustable probe depth for precise placement. It operates on 5–24 VDC and draws about 1 mA, with an NTC element rated at 10,000 Ω at 77°F, 3,043 Ω at 140°F, and 1,264 Ω at 194°F, enabling direct temperature sensing compatible with PLCs or 4B hazard-monitoring systems. The sensor carries CSA Class II Div 1 approvals (USA & Canada) and is designed for integration into industrial control systems. Operating temperature range spans -22°F to 220°F (-30°C to 105°C), making it suitable for typical bearing monitoring in demanding environments.
