Celduc Semiconductor SO889060 Solid State Relay

SO889060 is a high-current, single-phase solid-state relay (SPST-NO) from Celduc relais, delivering 125 A nominal load current for AC loads from 24 to 690 V and driven by a 3.5–32 V DC control signal. This zero-cross switching module, housed in Celduc’s SO8 panel-mount package, provides Form A output (SPST-NO) with optical isolation between the input and load circuits. The relay offers an isolation voltage of up to 1600 V and an I2t rating of 22,000 A²s, supporting rapid, low-noise switching for resistive and inductive loads.
