ABB ACS550-01-180A-4 Variable Frequency Drive

The ABB ACS550-01-180A-4 Inverter is a 3-phase variable frequency drive designed to deliver variable speed control and energy-efficient operation for motors up to approximately 75 kW in industrial motor control systems. Its input is 380–480 V AC three-phase, with a rated output current of 180 A and a nominal power rating of 75 kW (100 HP at 460 V). The drive supports scalar (V/Hz) and vector control, offers a programmable frequency range of 0–500 Hz, and includes a built-in EMC filter plus braking chopper to manage electrical stress and dynamic braking. Housed in an IP21 / UL Type 1 enclosure for wall mounting, it operates from 0 °C to 40 °C (higher with derating) and is commonly applied in pumps, fans, conveyors, compressors, HVAC systems, water and wastewater facilities, material handling, manufacturing lines, and other process control environments.
