ABB IPCHS01 Infi 90 Power Module Chassis Board

ABB Bailey IPCHS01 Power Module Chassis for the INFI 90 Modular Power System II is an 8-slot backplane that distributes DC power to modules installed in Bailey INFI 90 control cabinets. It accepts external 120–240 VAC input and provides distributed DC rails (5 V, 15 V, and -15 V) to each slot with fuse-protected power distribution. The IPCHS01 mounts inside INFI 90 OPEN or Network 90 cabinets, directly below the fan chassis, and is secured to the cabinet rails with four No. 10-32 clip nuts and four self-lock bolts. Its compact footprint measures 120 mm × 80 mm × 40 mm and it weighs about 0.3 kg, designed to fit alongside the backplane and other power components without occupying valuable rack space. This chassis is used across Bailey INFI 90 system configurations, including Harmony-compatible cabinets, to ensure stable power delivery across installed I/O modules for both process control and data acquisition applications.
