ABB MS325-25 Three-Phase Magnetic Motor Starter With Overload

ABB MS325-25 is a 3-pole manual motor starter with integrated overload protection, designed to switch and protect small to mid-size motors in three‑phase circuits. The 54 mm wide device is rated Ie 25 A and operates up to 690 VAC (line‑to‑line) or 440 VDC, delivering motor protection up to about 11 kW at 690 VAC (roughly 20 hp) and up to 12.5 kW at 400 V, with an adjustable overload setting from 20 to 25 A and a trip class of 10. The MS325 family provides protection for short circuits and overloads with a built‑in disconnect function, and ABB offers variants including front-mounted auxiliary contacts (such as HKF11) for expanded control. It is rated for up to 3 kA short‑circuit fault current and up to about 100,000 operating cycles, with an operating temperature range of roughly −25 to +50 C.
