ABB NTAI06, the INFI 90 Universal Analog Input Termination Unit, is a universal analog input termination card for the INFI 90 architecture. It terminates field wiring for the IMASI03 Universal Analog Input Slave Module, acting as the boundary between sensors in the field and the analog input processors inside the INFI 90 control network. The unit supports up to 16 analogue input channels, configured via jumpers on the termination card to accommodate multiple sensor types without swapping modules. Supported input modalities include system-powered 4–20 mA current loops, externally powered 4–20 mA loops, 3-wire RTDs, and voltage signals in differential or single-ended configurations, with channel routing and type selection driven by the address select switch SW1 and specific jumper settings (e.g., J1–J32) described in the IMASI03/NTAI06 reference materials.
