ABB OXAMECH-3-L4 Open Transition Automatic Transfer Switch

ABB TruONE ATS OXAMECH-3-L4 is a replacement open-transition mechanical assembly for ABB’s TruONE automatic transfer switches, sized for 400–600 A in a 3-phase, 4-wire system. This Level 4 (Touch) configuration delivers a three-pole open-transfer operation (I–II) within a 200–480 VAC voltage range and is designed to retrofit a TruONE ATS configured as OXAMECH-3-L4, providing the mechanical interface, frame, and power components needed for reliable source switching. In standard open-transition TruONE setups, wiring commonly follows a bottom-entry arrangement (sources on the bottom, load on the top) to align with enclosure and cable routing practices.
