ABB TEF5-ON Frontal Electronic Timer is a front-mounted timing module designed to provide an ON-delay function for ABB low‑voltage contactor systems. It works with ABB 1SBN020312R1000 assemblies (one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact) to create a delayed output for control circuits, enabling safe, repeatable startup sequences in automation and safety applications. The unit accepts coil power in the 24 to 240 V range (AC or DC) via screw terminals, and its timing range is selectable across three bands: 0.1–1 s, 1–10 s, and 10–100 s. With a rated load of up to 5 A (Ith) and an IP20 enclosure, the TEF5-ON is suited for installation inside standard industrial control cabinets.
