Accuform Signs TAR114 Do Not Operate Safety Tag is a two-sided, by-the-roll lockout tag designed for OSHA-compliant energy control programs. Measuring 6-1/4 inches tall by 3 inches wide, the tag is made of polyolefin with a 3/8-inch mounting hole and includes ties for immediate use. The front header is Danger with a red/white background and the legend Do Not Operate; the reverse reads This Energy Source is Locked Out. It is a write-on tag with spaces to Add Notes, Date, and Sign, and it features two printed sides for visibility from either side. Built for indoor and outdoor use, the tag also offers resistance properties described as scuff resistant, tear resistant, and waterproof.
