ACE Controls HB-40-100-CC-P Adjustable Linear Motion Control

ACE Controls HB-40-100 adjustable hydraulic damper provides precise linear motion control with a 100 mm stroke and a maximum compression/traction force of up to 10,000 N, plus an extension force of 150 N. Dimensions include a 40 mm outer body diameter, a 14 mm piston rod, and an extended length of 275 mm, with roughly 20% of the stroke available as free travel. It operates from -20 °C to +80 °C and carries a lifetime rating of about 10,000 m of travel. Adjustment is performed by turning the piston rod in its extended or compressed position, where clockwise increases damping and anti-clockwise decreases it; the HB-40 family can be used as a single- or double-acting brake and is designed for easy mounting with optional add-on components.
