Ace Controls MC600M Industrial Shock Absorber

The ACE Controls MC600M is a miniature, self-compensating shock absorber with a 1.00 inch (25.4 mm) stroke and an M25x1.5 mounting thread, designed for compact installations. It delivers 1,200 in-lbs of energy per cycle and, with ACE’s rolling-diaphragm technology, keeps damping fluid separated from ambient air for long service life. The unit mounts in any position and includes a built-in positive stop for consistent end-of-stroke damping, with a steel outer body, corrosion-resistant coating, plastic main bearing, and a hardened stainless-steel piston rod. Operating from 32°F to 150°F, it uses an oil damping medium and EPDM rolling diaphragm, offering return forces of 1.00–2.00 lbs, a return time of about 0.6 seconds, and side-load angles up to 2 degrees, while supporting duty cycles up to 600,000 in-lbs/hour.
