Acrison's SBC-2000 Weigh Feeder Controller is a compact single‑feeder control module that meters dry solids with multiprocessor precision and can pair with a Remote Graphics KDU for on‑site graphical operation. Designed for either continuous or batch operation, it supports internal or external set points and can run in master/slave or ratio‑proportioning configurations. In scalable systems, the SBC-2000 CM and SBC-2000 DSP controllers form the SBC-2000 MFC (Multi‑Feeder Control) System, capable of supervising up to 20 Acrison weigh feeders and delivering rapid data updates through a color touchscreen interface, along with unlimited recipe storage, event/alarm logging, and automatic shut‑down configurability. The SBC-2000‑DSP/C variant is typically supplied with a dust‑tight/water‑tight, panel‑mount monochrome Graphic KDU; all SBC‑2000 controllers are UL, CSA and IEC certified and can be housed in a NEMA‑rated enclosure. The DSP/C family also offers a built‑in feeder emulator for training or testing, and some configurations provide a native color TFT graphic display. A broad set of interfacing options—analog, digital, Bluetooth, wireless Ethernet, infrared, modem and networking—facilitates integration with PLC/DCS ecosystems across processing industries.
