The Action Instruments G428-0001 Ultra SlimPak Input Module is a DIN-rail mounted thermocouple input signal conditioner with 1800VDC isolation between input, output and power, designed to prevent ground loops and preserve signal integrity in industrial control systems. It offers field-configurable input ranges for J, K, T, R, S, E, and B type thermocouples and an isolated, linearized DC output that can be set to 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-1mA, 0-20mA, or 4-20mA, with adjustable zero and span for each range. The ultra-slim SlimPak housing enables high-density installations and supports mounting on standard TS32 (MD02) or TS35 (MD03) DIN rails.
